These parrots are medium sized and are usually of a greyish colour. You can see these parrots with red wings wihich looks great. For speaking you can't get better than this type of parrot. There are lots of words they can speak as they have vocal dexterity. However it can never be guaranteed that the Grey you choose will talk no matter what. Grey's have been known who never talked and did not even show signs of talking altogether. They are generally loud and screaming birds who need lots of attention from our side to become bonded to us. Once bonded, the bird will be loyal and will love you more than you can think possible.

Conure

These parrots are small sized and have very big tails attached to their bodies. You can find them in many different colours and are smart. They are amazing beasts who take joy in having fun. They are also good at learning tricks and taking up training effectively. Speaking parrots are cool but it takes traiing to get them to talk. The down side of these parrots are that they are best suited for owners who can pay them a lot of attention and constantly accompany them; basically owners who spend most of their time at home.

This is because they need to be trained every day, for several hours, to stop them biting and be sociable. These birds like to screech a lot. Give them a lot of attention to prevent this.

Macaw

These parrots have been known to survive for about more than fifty years and knowing this you should be ready for a long relation with your bird. Want a big parrot? you got one with this parrot. The cage needs to be high and wide so that the bird is comfortable in it. Also this bird needs to be kept out of its cage to get used to surroundings.

They have great beaks and bite stuff out. This means that they will destroy your furniture if you are not careful. Stimulate this parrot constantly with toys.

Remember parrot training is important, never neglect your parrot or you could end up with parrot behaviour problems.
